About
Stephani Tucker has been actively employed in the non-profit industry for over 25 years. Starting off at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, she started the first Light the Night walk and her career took from there. With a specialty in logistics and event planning in the beginning of her career, Stephani moved on to The Arthritis Foundation, where she was quickly promoted to take over the Mid-Atlantic region, organizing and managing staff to produce all of the P2P walks, runs, and riding events. This added over $1M dollars to the region. Stephani also cut her teeth on creating and leading to success galas and market based events.
Moving on to The National Kidney Foundation as an Executive Director of both North and South Carolina, she was able to segue her career into larger objectives; ensuring the entire office was managed, that events were successful and creating budgets and developing Advisory Boards for an established national organization.
Moving to GA in 2016, she worked for a small non-profit that specialized in providing care for the homeless or less fortunate, Stephani was able to gain valuable insight into writing and applying for multi- level grants, increasing her non-profit experience. She later took over The GA Alliance for Breast Cancer as an Executive Director, managing a staff of 6 and raising more money in her first year than they had ever raised. With a specialty in networking, closing the sale and managing a staff that produced events a high level of professionalism, Stephani now has acquired all of the skills necessary to consult on any issue within the non-profit world. She has vast experience in creating strategic plans, building BOD or AB, budgeting, producing events in a variety of setting, and assessing demographics in order to find the best way to raise funds and awareness for your mission.
